It's good to see support in Zimbabwe for the Commonwealth, but the present situation makes it difficult.
Like it or not, Robert Mugabe is President of Zimbabwe, and will remain so. If the Zimbabwean government is at least working together (and at time of writing it seems that this is in doubt, though Mr. Tsvangerai has ended his boycott) then the Commonwealth should give the country all the help it can. This is a situation where progress has occurred - that the Commonwealth Conversation is even there is a very good sign.

We need to help build - not continue to exclude purely on principle.

Zimbabwe should only be let back in when that murdering thug Mugabe is gone and the stealing of farmers' land is stopped. Until then - NO!

The people of Zimbabwe will always be welcome in the Commonwealth. The current government leadership should not be considered welcome.
