To mark the 22nd annual World AIDS Day, Kamalesh Sharma, the Secretary-General of the Commonwealth, has co-authored an article in Britain’s Daily Telegraph, along with Michel Sidibe of UNAIDS and Peter Piot of Imperial College, London.
